Warren was born on May 3, 1943 in Augusta, Ga to Alice Johnston Sturman & Elliott Warren Sturman II. After graduating from high school, Warren met and married Brenda. As life would have it, work and opportunity led Warren across several States and he finally settled on the Gulf Coast of Texas, where he and Brenda made their home. Warren was a man of strong ethics with a hardworking nature.
